No Call/No Show

Policy Update

At New Seasons Spa & Salon, we value your time as well as our professionals’ time. When an appointment is reserved for you, we dedicate that time and space exclusively to your service.

  • No Show / No Call: If a guest does not show up for their scheduled appointment and does not call to cancel or reschedule, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may also be subject to a 25% charge.

  • Repeat No Shows: Multiple no show / no call instances may result in the loss of booking privileges.

This policy ensures fairness to both our guests and our team, and helps us maintain the quality of service we strive to provide.

She began her path at 17, finishing high school early to pursue cosmetology at the National Academy of Beauty Arts, graduating in 2010. Alisha has traveled worldwide, working with diverse hair types and mastering looks inspired by various cultures. Alisha’s volunteer work as a missionary allowed her to use her hairstyling and nail skills to bring joy and transformation worldwide. For over eight years, Alisha has been an integral part of New Seasons, mentoring aspiring associates and embodying their supportive environment.

“I am passionate about what my hands can do. My start wasn’t easy, and that’s why I take on associates as they graduate, under my wing, to help them find the life they have always dreamed of. Beyond massage, Ellen finds joy in performing Foot Rituals, Body Treatments, and employing various techniques to ensure her guests feel their best. Outside of the spa, Ellen loves outdoor sports and cherishes precious moments as a devoted mom to her sweet girl.
