Beyond work, her passions include reading, spending time with her pets, and her deep faith. Lydia’s journey, transitioning from a personal love for makeup to enhancing the appearances of others, has been fulfilling, allowing her to channel her passion in a meaningful way.

Alisha’s lifelong passion for people and making the world more beautiful ignited her journey in cosmetology. She began her path at 17, finishing high school early to pursue cosmetology at the National Academy of Beauty Arts, graduating in 2010. Alisha has traveled worldwide, working with diverse hair types and mastering looks inspired by various cultures. Alisha’s volunteer work as a missionary allowed her to use her hairstyling and nail skills to bring joy and transformation worldwide. For over eight years, Alisha has been an integral part of New Seasons, mentoring aspiring associates and embodying their supportive environment.
“I am passionate about what my hands can do. My start wasn’t easy, and that’s why I take on associates as they graduate, under my wing, to help them find the life they have always dreamed of. I believe that with the help of mentoring, I will assist young stylists in having a smooth start on their journey to success.”
Karly, a 2018 graduate from Grabber School of Hair Design, is a passionate hairstylist on a mission to make people feel beautiful and confident. Her love for hairstyling and artistry began early during her time in dance, where creativity and expression became second nature.
Known for her outgoing, sincere, and compassionate nature, Karly thrives in a teamwork environment where mutual support takes center stage. Beyond the salon, she’s an animal lover, cherishing the companionship of her beloved dog, Lanie. With a blend of artistry and genuine care, Karly brings a warm touch to hairstyling, creating positive and beautiful experiences for her clients.
“It’s important to me to form a connection with my clients. I give them a genuine experience and listen to their needs. And I love when I talk with them and we find our mutual interests like shopping and music. But the best part is when clients tell me that I just made their confidence go up.”

Beyond her profession, Heidi is a writer who finds joy in gaming and free-diving. With a passion for creative expression and a dedication to her craft, Heidi is committed to making every salon visit a unique and enjoyable experience for her clients.
“I have a lot of clients who come in and say things about how no one listens to them. Or curly and textured hair clients that get turned down by other stylists who say they can’t cut curly hair. My goals have always been to work with every color, texture possible.”

Outside of the spa, Ellen loves outdoor sports and cherishes precious moments as a devoted mom to her sweet girl.
