New Seasons gives me the freedom to use all my skills and develop all my talents alongside a family of co-workers who are supportive and helpful with every facet of guest service. Constant education – from monthly progress meetings to in-salon coaching and outside educators – ensures everyone gets what they need to contribute their best work.
I originally came to New Seasons as I graduated with my esthetics license. I figured it would be my first job in the field. I’ve never left—for many reasons. We have the best location in all of St. Louis county. We provide a very high standard of guest service that evolved into a community support system. Guests enjoy coming in just to talk to us, as the energy and warmth are that obvious. We enjoy each other during the day and we provide that same support to each other in our personal lives. We simply just love coming in to see each other and it creates an inviting, trusting experience for our guests.
I joined the team at New Seasons for growth. My first month was January of 2020 and in two short years, I’m the lead Bridal Stylist participating in 25+ weddings per year! The New Seasons culture fosters continuous improvement in my skills with income gains to match. I simply love what I do. We have numerous opportunities for education both in-salon and off-site.
