Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that creates flawless, perfect eyebrows. Microblading uses a unique formation of needles on the hand-held tool, which create small strokes that resemble real hair. Microblading usually takes two appointments—first, your artist will consult with you and create a brow map using your natural bone structure and face features to determine the size, shape and overall look of the eyebrows. Before the procedure, you’ll be numbed in order to minimize any discomfort, and the entire process takes 2-3 hours. There is some minor scabbing and aftercare that is required, but the eyebrows will be completely healed after 30 days. Your second appointment will be 8-12 weeks afterwards and allows the artist to make any adjustments or enhancements based on how your skin is reacting to the healing process.
